THE BUNKER’S BACKSTORY
While fitness first started out as a passion for my wife and I, it quickly became an obsession. As a newly married couple with this same obsession, we knew there was only one non-negotiable to include in our first house, a decked out garage gym.
The effects of fitness have not only been seen in our marriage, but our personal and professional lives as well. True discipline, confidence, and courage are developed IN THE BUNKER, not on the couch. We owe it all to fitness and we’d love the opportunity to show you what your best life feels like.

With over fifteen years of experience, I bring a no-nonsense approach to training rooted in performance, accountability, and results. As a NASM-certified trainer and former NCAA National Baseball Champion, I understand what it takes to compete, stay disciplined, and to earn progress. My goal is to help you build real strength, sharpen your mindset, and develop the work ethic needed to perform at a higher level, inside the gym and beyond it.

With over ten years of experience in the fitness world, I believe fitness is about empowerment, not perfection. My mission is to help women feel strong, confident, and proud of what their bodies can do, both inside and outside the gym.
